Even professionals use the word. Watch NationalGeographic or AnimalPlanet. They call tigers and lions and cheetahs Big-Cats.

Dog is a generalizing term to blanket the Canidae family. Nobody goes around saying Canidae. Most people don't even know that's a word. They just say dog.

So yes, DinoDogs include foxes (like the fennec) wolves, coyotes jackals etc.
Somebody is having an extremely hard time grasping this simple concept but I thought I'd make a journal so everybody else will understand. Dunno about that one person, they're a lost cause at this point but oh well :U
